Have your own bit of 3D Anglico History you’d like to add to our timeline? Please use this form to submit your photographs or articles and we will add it to our site!

Rules for Submitting History:

  1. DO NOT SUBMIT OR UPLOAD ANY CONTENT THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED A VIOLATION OF OPERATIONAL SECURITY. Any content that may be in violation of the US DoD OpSec policy will be removed and reported through official channels.
  2. You must be logged in to submit content. You may opt to login using Facebook.
  3. Please do not submit any content (except unclassified & public articles such as ones from Marine Corps Times) for any currently ongoing operations. This includes training within CONUS.
  4. Content containing once secret or classified information may not be submitted unless it has been officially released to the public or is greater than 62 years old.
  5. Please do not include the location a photo or video was taken, unless that photo or video was taken prior to the start of the Global War on Terrorism.
  6. If your content is dated prior to 2001, you are encouraged to include location information so other Marines, Sailors, and their families may attempt to find documents of their past.
  7. Please include a very short title for your submission, less than 10 words.
  8. Please include your best guess for the date of the item you are submitting. Submissions that do not have at least the year will not be approved. 
  9. Please include, at minimum, a brief background on the content you are uploading. For example, who is in the photo, why was it taken, what was happening at the time, etc.
  10. If you are submitting multiple of any type of item, please make separate submissions for each item based on the date. You may combine multiple photos or videos if they are on the same date and about the same subject.
  11. Please make separate submissions for articles,  photographs, or videos.
  12. If you would like to submit a video or pdf article, please submit your post as regular but do not upload the video or article. I will contact you via email to get the file from you and upload it myself.
  13. Images are required for most types of submissions. Articles and documents in PDF form may be emailed to admin@3danglico.com, and videos must be uploaded to YouTube (then copy/paste the link to the video in your submission).
  14. Uploaded images must be no larger than 1500px by 1500px. You may not exceed 5 images per submission.
